Fall Family Bike Fest 2019 celebrates and increases the visibility of mothers, children, grandparents, LGBTQ+ persons, people of color, service industry staff, and any intersection thereof who are unrecognized and under-served in the bike/pedestrian advocacy community.

Separately, the events should emulate a lighthearted, approachable, and cozy space that allows for access to formal and informal peer networks. As a whole, the Festival provides a sense of belonging, the kind of which a community festival is one of the last remaining forms.
